Her journey with Dynamic Fitness began four years ago, with a single Hot Athletica class, and she was hooked. She quickly set the goal to become certified, with teaching Hot Athletica foremost in her mind.

With the incredible support, encouragement, and a little pushing from her Dynamic family, she completed her canfitpro Personal Training Specialist Certification and is now proudly a part of the team of instructors at Dynamic Fitness.

Conquering challenges and accomplishing goals fuels the fire in Meg, and watching her classes and clients do the same inspires her everyday to continue to push herself towards her aspirations.

Erika received her initial 200hr certification from Be Yoga/Yoga Works NY in 2004.  Prior to moving to PEI in 2009, Erika managed Elements Yoga and Wellness Center in Darien, Connecticut where she had the opportunity to expand her education with Anusara Immersions and teacher training.  She studied under such inspirational teachers as Bruce Bassock and Bernadette Birney.  At Dynamic Fitness, Erika has continued to refine her teachings with the Tapasya Hot series.  She now teaches aspiring yoga teachers as part of the Maritime Yoga College teacher training program.  She teaches Yoga Flow and Hot Yoga.

A former swimmer and fitness instructor, Angela practiced yoga on and off for many years but fell in love with Hot Yoga in 2010.  The benefits she received were amazing: increased breath awareness, flexibility, and reduced stress kept her coming back and helped transform her sporadic practice into a daily one.  Inspired by what this wonderful, sweaty practice was bringing to her life, she wanted to share this with as many people as possible, and graduated from Maritime Yoga College with her RYT 200 certification.

Holly was born and raised in Meadowbank, PEI. After spending 11 years living away in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Alberta, she feels so blessed to be able to return home again with intentions of planting roots and getting settled back into the east coast life style.

A back injury was what first had Holly curious with Yoga. After exploring different types, lineages, and studios, Holly found a familiar sense of "coming home" with Vinyasa.

Holly completed her 200Hr YTT at Halifax Yoga. After her training she became aware of a deeper spiritual shift and started to see a different perspective in regards to teaching. Holly hopes to offer and create a similar experience for her students. Her students have become her biggest inspiration and motivation.

Holly is strongly influenced by Kundalini and will often drop "energetic" tips to deepen your practice. In Holly's class you will experience a focus on mantra, self love, proper alignment, meditation, and a quircky sense of humour.
