Young athletes will learn the fundamentals of movement and exercise in a fun and safe learning environment.  Our program will give a young athlete the ability to move more freely and with more confidence.  They consist of speed, power, strength, agility and coordination drills at an appropriate age and ability level. Besides the general conditioning programs, we also identify movement and postural imbalances in our athletes and work on correcting them to have better moving and balanced athlete. After the basics are learned, we progress our athletes to higher levels of athleticism. This is a great program for those looking to work on functional mechanics, efficient movement and developing more speed, strength and power.
