Reformer Levels and Classes
1
Level 1: Beginner
This class is for both those brand new to Reformer and with limited Reformer experience. You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, proper alignment, and how to use the Reformer safely. Expect slower-paced exercises and clear instructions to build your confidence on the Reformer. No Pilates experience required.

Level 2: Intermediate
For those with some Reformer experience who are ready to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect more complex sequences, faster transitions, and added challenges using the Reformer.
3
Level 3: Advanced
Designed for experienced movers seeking high-intensity, dynamic classes. You’ll explore advanced techniques and more challenging sequences to push your Reformer practice further.
Pricing Options

Our Instructors
Triona Harrop
Our reformer pioneer
Triona began instructing reformer in 2003 to clients she still teaches today. With an extensive certification list and thousands of hours of experience, Triona is a true veteran of the reformer practice in every sense of the word. She is the primary instructor and coordinator for all reformer services at Infrared Fitness. Clients can look for Triona on the schedule or contact us too book a private session.

Our Instructors
Megan Morrison
Megan was introduced to Pilates by Triona Harrop and eventually invited joined the team as a Pilates instructor. She has various mat, small equipment, and reformer certifications. As a former gymnast and dancer, Pilates was a natural fit and hasn't looked back since. She's a graduate of UNB with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Education degrees and currently teaches intermediate Physical and Health Education and is the Athletic Director. In addition to teaching Pilates, she coaches various sports and is always planning her next big travel adventure.
Reformer Etiquette & Policies

Please arrive at least five minutes before class, and check in at front desk when attendant is present. Class is based upon a 55 minute time slot.

Grippy socks are required for reformer class. Available for purchase in our boutique.

Unplug for your practice. Kindly ensure your phone is on silent mode for class.

Clients must complete the introductory session before attending other classes.
