We recommend first-time plungers take it easy on their first go. Our cold plunge is typically chilled to 10 degrees Celcius, so we recommend plunging in thirty-second intervals to start. As you go, you'll build a tolerance to the temperature, expanding the benefits you reap from cold-water immersion therapy.
