Dave "Eli" MacEachern
A three-time Olympian, Dave won Olympic Gold in 1998, capping off an illustrious career with Bobsled Canada. From noon-hour HIIT junkies to Stanley Cup Champions, "Eli" has been helping clients "believe and achieve," their goals since establishing Dynamic Sport Performance in 2000. The company has evolved greatly over the years, thanks largely in part to Dave's creative and innovative class styles. Train with Dave in Eli Sport Athlete training Athletica Spin and Athletica HIIT classes, or train one-on-one with private training.

Triona Harrop
A former professional dancer & longtime member of the Charlottetown Festival, Triona was also a fitness enthusiast from a very early age. Today, her clients deeply inspire her; she guides and witnesses their true potential as they progress on their personal journey.
Triona's certifications include: Stott Pilates Instructor, Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates Instructor, Baron Baptiste Yoga Instructor, Certified Hot Yoga Instructor, Yamuna Body Rolling Instructor

Jessica Gillis
With over ten years in the industry, Jessica is a certified Personal Training Specialist, Schwinin Indoor Cycling Instructor and future certified yoga teacher. An Infrared instructor and member since 2017, she has thousands of classes under her belt as both a teacher and student. Jessica believes that physical fitness is the key to longevity as it equips us with the confidence, determination and power needed to conquer any challenge. Join her for Eli Sport Athletica, Hot Athletica and the newly-launched Athletica Spin and be inspired by her infectious energy!

Kristi Stewart
Kristi's fitness journey began as an Infrared fitness enthusiast, moving up from participant to instructor, sharing her joy of movement. Kristi is a certified personal trainer and indoor spin coach, blending her expertise with a love for fun workouts. With a background in different dance styles and varsity rugby experience at UPEI, Kristi embodies teamwork and resilience. Kristi now teaches Athletica, Hot Athletica, Athletica Spin, trains teams and offers private sessions, helping others get fit with fun and effective methods.

Kate Forget
Kate was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario. She grew up in the competitive figure skating world and sustained many injuries, in turn giving up the sport to pursue a career in hairstyling for 10 years. This career choice took a toll on her physical health and wellbeing which soon had her turning to yoga more often. The consistency of a regular yoga practice helped lead her back to the ice as a figure skating coach for 4yrs. Yoga had always been there as a fail-safe for her mental health and building up the strength lost from prior injuries. Kate moved to PEI in 2017 and graduated from the Maritime Yoga College in 2018. She has been actively teaching since and currently holds her E-RYT 200 credentials, completing over 1,000 hours of teaching. Kate strives to keep her classes both fun and challenging for all fitness levels.

Conor MacEachern
Conor grew up in the Infrared Fitness ecosystem, working in the business from a young age and beginning his Instructing career through the Eli Sport Athletes program. Conor attended the University of Prince Edward Island as a student athlete after his career in the Western Hockey League and Maritime Hockey League. Conor plays professional hockey in the Polish Hockey League and, in his off-season, is an assistant trainer and program coordinator of the Eli Sport Athletes program and instructs Eli Sport Athletica classes.
