Since becoming PEI's first Hot Yoga studio in 2008, our yoga classes have been taught by experienced instructors dedicated to providing an empowering, relaxing, and meditative practice.
Infrared Hot Athletica
This 45-minute hot HIIT class is an Infrared staple and a must-try for any cardio-loving newcomers looking to get an incredible sweat in! Hot Athletica begins with a brief warm-up, followed by 45-second intervals of cardio, bodyweight exercises, core work, and pilates, followed by a relaxing yoga-inspired cooldown. Our energetic instructors always bring the energy, crank the tunes, and the heat.
Heated at 38 degrees, this signature class, designed by founder/owner Dave MacEachern, is a fan favourite and Infrared flagship class.
Eli Sport Athletica
Eli Sport Athletica is a gym class that blends strength and resistance training, cardio, and core in 45-second intervals. Clients use a range of equipment and can go at their own pace, building their strength and cardiovascular endurance as they go. Eli Sport Athletica was inspired by Dave "Eli" MacEachern's extensive career as an Olympic athlete and strength coach for numerous professional athletes. Experience Eli's world-class strength & conditioning training for yourself in this 45 minute class.

Infrared Cardio Barre
Infrared Cardio Barre class fuses elements of dance, yoga, pilates, and strength training, delivering a unique workout experience. Using light weights, isometric movements and high-energy music, this class will leave you feeling strong and energized. The Cardio Barre class is an energizing, up-tempo class focusing on smaller, often under-trained, muscles in the legs, core, and arms. It doesn't matter if you have two left feet or are a Confed Centre star, Cardio Barre is a high-energy, music-driven workout for all.
Infrared Pilates
Infrared Pilates involves a series of precise movements and exercises with the added benefit of the gentle heat of our Infrared hot room. This environment helps improve circulation, flexibility, and overall muscle activation, enhancing the Pilates experience and promoting a deeper mind-body connection.
Infrared Warm Flow
Looking for an invigorating and rejuvenating yoga experience? Our Infrared Warm Flow class is perfect for you! Our Warm Flow practice, heated to 36 degrees, emphasizes balance and strengthening of the core while moving harmoniously with each breath. You'll feel the heat and power in every move, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Infrared Warm Yin
Unwind from your busy life in Warm Yin, a relaxing yoga practice that releases the body's most strained connective tissues. Join us on a meditative journey of deep stretching, with long holds and props to establish a sate of complete zen. Heated to a mild 32 degrees, Warm Yin is ideal for improving flexibility while maintaining joint mobility and bone health.
