Formerly known as Dynamic Fitness, we unveiled the first hot studio on PEI in 2009. Now, as Infrared Fitness, we continue to be innovative and offer the most state of the art Hot Yoga Studio in Atlantic Canada.  Our location at 99 Pownal features Charlottetown's first medical grade infrared Hot Yoga Studio, the second of it's kind in North America - the first one being our studio in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The SaunaRay medical grade infrared heating system is fine tuned to the exact frequency that our bodies absorb heat from the sun.  Because it is so efficient you sweat faster and the heat is not oppressive or overwhelming.  It is also an Eco-friendly or "green" product because it uses half the electricity.  Our studio is fully insulated for maximum energy efficiency with pine walls finished with orange oil and beeswax!  This unique space can be used for multiple applications, as the benefits of infrared heat, simply by being in the room, are wide ranging.
