Experience personalized training that focuses on building strength and confidence for life. Our gym offers a variety of free weights, cables, bands, and cardio machines to help you achieve your fitness goals.

The Infrared Hot Room
Step into the hot room, where the far-infrared light penetrates your skin and promoting blood flow, oxygen delivery, and helps you move freely. Training in this room is ideal for weight-loss and transformation journeys as the infrared heat accelerates chloric burn and metabolism throughout the day.

The Reformer Studio
Work with Triona Harrop, our in-house reformer pilates specialist with over 20 years of experience. This practice helps achieve postural, balance, flexibility, and general strength goals.
