Hot Strength is a 45-minute strength training class held in 40°C infrared heat, designed to sculpt and challenge your entire body. Power your way through 2 circuits of 4-5 dynamic exercises using adjustable barbells and an aerobic stepper, repeated four times per block for maximum burn. Available to Silver Members and above, this high-intensity, heat-enhanced session boosts strength, endurance, and calorie burn.
