Lift

Lift focuses on building full-body strength through functional movements and proper technique. After a 5-minute warm-up, participants rotate through four small-group stations, each completing 3–4 exercises in 4 sets with lower volume and more rest between rounds. With an emphasis on form, control, and effective movement patterns, Lift is ideal for those looking to improve strength and performance without the high-intensity cardio. Available to Silver members and abov
