What is Infrared heat?

Our hot studio is packed with SaunaRay Infrared heating panels, which mimic the frequency at which our bodies absorb heat from the sun. The Infrared rays penetrate the skin, inducing a much more relaxing sweat than a conventional sauna. Click here to learn more about infrared heat.

What do I need to bring to class?

Lift, Athletica, Spin, Hot Strength: shoes, workout clothing, bottle.

Hot Athletica, Pilates, Yoga, Barre: yoga mat, towel. Both items are available for rent ($2).

What is hydrotherapy? How can I access it?

Hydrotherapy is our brand-new recovery room which features a steam system and cold tub. Signature and Platinum members may utilize this space on an unlimited basis with their membership. You can purchase a single drop-in or five-pack of hydrotherapy sessions based on 30-minute occupancy. Personal training clients also get free hydrotherapy when they purchase a pack! How do I sign up for classes?

Our studio uses the MINDBODY app for all bookings. Download it on your mobile app and search our business once you're there. To view our schedule on this site, click here.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking at our location for our clients!

When should I arrive?

We ask that clients arrive between 5 and 15 minutes before class.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

All classes in our Infrared studio require a mat, but if you don't have one, no problem! We have yoga mats and towels available for rent at our front desk ($2). Mats are not required for our gym and reformer classes.

Where is your studio?

Our facility is located in downtown Charlottetown at 99 Pownal Street, on the third floor.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you must cancel your membership, please contact us via email at hello@infraredfit.ca. Please note that all memberships have an initial three-month commitment, during which no cancellations or suspensions are permitted.

How Do I Register for Classes?

Download the Mindbody App on your mobile device and create your free account. Once logged in, search "Infrared Fitness" to begin your fitness journey.
